Pamela Pancham has been a florist and events designer for 10 years. Her floral design workshop is aimed at encouraging budding florists to get started.

If you hold a fascination for flowers and have always wanted to be a florist without really knowing how to get started, here’s how to begin.

You will be trained to:

❁ tune your eye and sharpen your creativity;

❁ pick out the colours of your bouquets;

❁ choose the right floral arrangements for the right occasions;

❁ know how to preserve different flowers;

❁ add some foliage to fill out a bouquet;

❁ communicate with your prospective customers to better guide their choices.
