How is it that you are not doing yoga yet? How can you live without it?!

You probably already know the virtues of this 5,000-year-old discipline, but just in case, yoga:

  • can transform both your physical and mental health;
  • improves your cardiovascular system;
  • saves you from back and neck pain if you spend long hours seated at work every day; and
  • helps you regain your focus and clears your mind as you move forward in life.

Vinyasa Yoga, also known as yoga flow, consists in a fluid and dynamic sequence of postures coordinated with breathing movements.

Mélanie Auffray returned to Mauritius after 10 years of wandering around the world. This certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher invites you to join her for an hour of relaxation.

Free of charge

From 18 years and over. Classes are limited to 50 participants. Be the first to sit in the lotus position!

Please be sure to bring along your bottle of water and yoga mat.
